Design & Engineering: Design the mold based on the product's 3D model, planning how it will split open, eject parts, and be cooled.



Machining & Manufacturing: Use machine tools like CNC and EDM to create the core mold components (core and cavity).



Polishing & Assembly: Polish the machined parts to the required surface finish, then assemble them into a complete mold.



Mold Trial & Debugging: Install the mold in an injection molding machine for testing.
