The Advantages of Our Early Supplier Involvement
The development of injection-molded products involves complex processes and material science. ESI (Early Supplier Involvement) can help identify and address potential technical issues, reducing the risk of development. By closely collaborating and communicating during the product design stage, we ensure that our technical engineering team fully understands the product design concept and target cost. We provide suggestions regarding materials, processes, and costs, develop detailed production process plans and procedures, and implement quality control measures to guarantee the quality of the final product.
The quality of plastic molded products is largely dependent on the plastic materials used. During the ESI phase, our engineering team can participate in the material selection process from the early stages of product design. We can share our expertise on the performance, cost, and processability of different plastics to help the development team select the most suitable materials for the product requirements.
The design of plastic products is closely related to mold design. We can provide feasible design suggestions to avoid overly complex designs that increase production difficulty, ensuring that the design is viable in terms of mold fabrication and injection molding processes. Considering production factors at the design stage can prevent unnecessary modifications, reduce mold modifications and material waste due to improper design, thereby lowering costs.
The design and fabrication of injection molds are critical steps in the development of injection-molded plastic parts. ESI ensures that the mold design meets the requirements for production efficiency and product quality, reducing the need for subsequent modifications and adjustments, and ultimately lowering costs.
The expertise of GV MOLD in injection molding processes can help optimize production flows and enhance efficiency. For example, we can advise on product design to reduce cycle times or on mold optimization to improve part ejection.

Product Development Process
We manage the product development process from initial concept through to the completion of the end product.
Sample for verification purpose can be produced using methods such as 3D printing, vacuum silicone mold casting, or CNC machining etc. We will communicate with the client to determine optimal solution.
DFM report will be compiled to confirm technical details. MFA may be supplied to identify potential risks as needed. Additionally, 3D mold drawings will be provided.
We specialize in tailor-made product surface treatments, which include but are not limited to pad printing, silk screening, ultrasonic welding, laser etching, painting, chrome plating, powder coating, and heat staking.
